New event of EYP Ukraine – East International Forum! East International Forum is welcoming its participants at the city of Kharkiv, the first capital and one of the largest industrial and scientific centres of Ukraine. The Forum will take place between 21st and 25th of April, 2010, and will bring together around 120 bright and active young people from approximately 20 different countries.
Out of 45 Ukrainian participants of the Forum, the delegations for Lviv 2010 and Athens 2011 International Sessions will be selected. All of the Forum discussions will be united by the topic “Technology and innovation: a path to sustainable development”. The Forum will comprise educational activities and special events connected with the main theme of the conference. Participants will be involved in classical EYP activities, such as Teambuilding, Committee Work, General Assembly, Eurovillage, and Euroconcert. At the same time they will be provided with wonderful opportunity to experience hospitality of Eastern Ukraine through unique activities that were exclusively designed for the East International Forum. The Forum participants will live on the countryside at a recreation centre located in one of the most picturesque and ecologically clean places of Kharkiv Region – the bank of Severskiy Donetsk river. They will also be given a chance to explore Kharkiv – second largest city of Ukraine, since Committee Work and General
Assembly will take place at the downtown venues. Evening activities will include traditional Eurovillage and Euroconcert, as well as several parties. The events are planned in a manner that they are entertaining for both participants and guests of the Forum. The organising team is working hard on assuring that all the East International Forum participants will gain a bright, useful and fun experience from the event.
