Stand up against discrimination – 4-10 April 2009, Bulgaria

Description of seminar

An IRS (International Responsibility Seminar) is a weeklong seminar for volunteers attended by 20 to 40 participants. It gives European volunteers a chance to meet and exchange ideas while approaching a subject that is not necessarily directly concerned with our daily volunteer work.
