Petition by European Youth in support of Human Rights, Pluralist Democracy and Transparent Elections for Belarus

Wednesday, January 5th, 2011

Please, sign this petition, if you are not indifferent to the what people in Belarus are going through. Your signature is a sign of support of democratic changes in Belarus which may happen if the European society will pay proper attention to the consequences of the dictatorship right next to the EU! Belarus needs outer influence to trigger internal changes; such as the influence of European democratic institutions.

This petition is addressed to Catherine Ashton, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission and is supposed to reach her before January 12, when DROI and AFET committees of the European Parliament meet together.

Please sign! Don’t stay indifferent! http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/youthforbelarus/
