EYP Belarus

From 5 April to 14 April more than 300 young Europeans, aged 16 to 20, from 36 European countries will gather in the south of Germany to voice their opinion on current European issues. Do not miss YOUR chance to participate in the traditional event of the EYP-Belarus – Vilnius Regional Session. The Session will take place from 31st of January till 3rd of February.

The session will gather around 70 delegates from Belarus and Lithuania who will discuss and debate highly topical issues linked to the session theme “Shaping the future – Remembering the past”. An intense 4-day programme will consist of a full day of Teambuilding, 2 days of Committee Work followed by one-day of General Assembly.

The expenses of the participants (visa and travel costs) will be covered on the basis of competition. The main reason for us to provide you with 100% sponsorship will be the quality of your application. Fellow Belarusian EYPers,

you know that one of the main tools of democracy is rotation (or changing) of managing people. Thus, as it is stated in the Statute of the European Youth Parliament-Belarus, we have the NC election every 6 months. The NC consists of up to 7 members elected by all the Belarusian EYPers’ votes.

 The 71st International Session in of the European Youth Parliament is the first  ever  such session to be held in the Netherlands. During 10 days, 300 selected  participants  from over 30 countries (all members of the Council of Europe) will  gather in  Amsterdam to discuss European issues relating to youth, the economy,  technology,  foreign affairs and others.

After participation in the IS you will officially become an EYP alumna or alumnus  and you will join the large family of those who already have this status. Participation in one of Spring or Autumn IS-s makes you eligible to take part in a Summer IS-s which are designed specifically for alumni.

1st International Odesa Forum forum, full of creativity and EYP-spirit will be held between 16th and 19th of August 2012. It will gather around 80 delegates (both international and Ukrainian) and 20 officials in order to discuss ecological problems in terms of national security, under the general topic “Sunriseof ECOunity”. Working in 8 committees participants will be involved in classic EYP activities, while cultural events will include Eurovillage and Euroconcert, as well as unforgettable parties and fun!
